Aaron's

I was recently separated from the Marine Corps after 12 years for medical reasons. I went in to purchase a washer and dryer being sold on clearance by their account manager "Annie" for the home I just purchased. She assured me that all products sold were functional and that they would have someone load the items onto my trailer. Well this was far from the case in both instances. I am not suppose to lift anything heavy as I have severe back issues and one of my knees is completely useless. They wheeled the items TO the trailer but I had to pick them up and load them, which to say the least was excruciating. I got home to plug them in and the washer works great (why they got 2 stars instead of 1). The dryer had no plug in so I asked the seller about it and the end result was that I needed to wait 3 days to come back and get it (no offer to connect it was made). So I went and bought one from Home Depot and installed it myself. The dryer doesn't work. I videoed the connections to show they were in properly and sent it to "Annie". I told her I think I might need to return the dryer as it was defective. Her VERY curt response was that there are no refunds on items bought with cash, which she amended to no refunds on clearance items. So now I either have to pay a repair man to come fix an item I was guarenteed would work or I have to go through the arduous process of getting the consumers rights office involved. Neither of these options seems fair to me as a buyer. I retired here because I have never had anything but positive interactions in Bozeman. This store should be ashamed at how they conduct business as it demonstrates a compete lack of a moral compass. I would not recommend spending your money or time at Aaron's.

The staff was very friendly and we scored a great deal on some end tables. It is rent to own here and the selection isn't quite as large as some other places.

Aaron's is one of the best rental companies out there. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional and their products from my experience have been top notch and their 60 day pay plan lets you get it at almost cost.
