My mom and I came into this store to get her battery changed for her key fob, the gentleman that came and helped us was amazing his name is Daniel In tools he made sure everything was working good.nThank you Daniel for having great customer service

Canadian tire......Where their sale price is everybody else's regular price.nCanadian tire......Where their regular price is 4x more than anyone else. Absolute joke of a store. Socket sets are the best example. Look at this blatant example.... regular price is $700, on sale for $200. It's literally a $200 set anywhere else. Another example is cookware. These Rock pots are entry level pots and pans. The finish wears off fast and they become useless within a year. They're worth about $150 max but apparently they are worth $500 regular price. They prey on people who see a sale and think it's a good deal. The sale is literally what they are worth. Don't ever buy anything unless it's on sale. Do a google search and see what the item is worth somewhere else. You'd be surprised.nCelebrating 100 years of ripping people off.nShame on you Canadian tire.nnEDIT:nIt's been a couple years and you just proved my point Canadian Tire. Same pots, different color.nReg Price $219. Same sale price though. That clearly shows deceptive pricing practices. Looking through the flyer and your prices are absolutely ridiculous. I stand by my original comment but it looks like your prices are steadily going up. I buy almost nothing from Canadian Tire. Think about that. People actively not shopping there because of your absurd pricing.

Give a huge shout out for months I been taking car places for a misfire candian tire automotive section was amazing so helpful fixed everything and was very honest even the front lady desk she was working like crazy and was great to thanks to all the great employees in this section highly recommend also replaced my 2 front tires best prices in town!! Check these guys out

If you are hoping for a lovely atmosphere to shop do NOT come to Canadian Tire. The noise in this store is deafening. They should be ashamed at the volume of the noise and then of the hammering on metal isn’t bad enough, they have cranked music loudly to add to the chaos. Could not leave fast enough.

Canadian Tire does a good job of being a solid reliable affordable store for sporting goods and basic mechanical and automotive stuff. They have great sale prices. Canadians can not be proud of very much anymore but they can be proud of Canadian Tire.
