They got the goods! But be careful in produce. I've personally seen staff not washing their hands after a shit so......nEdit: August 30, 2025nBased on my own experiance, I strongly recommend you don't try to order anything online through this store. Maybe things are better at other Walmarts but I doubt it. I certainly can't recommend ordering at the Grande Prairie Branch. They can't cancel orders either so if they screw up, you are committed to what you get. There is the return process I suppose but who knows how long that takes to get your money back. Inventory numbers are not up to date like at Canadian tire or other stores in GP. STRONGLY recommend against ordering online. Very disappointed with the online delivery service. My skincare order showed it would be delivered by the end of the day, but it never arrived. I called the store before closing time, and they kept me on hold until the store closed, then told me to call tomorrow. This is very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. Please improve communication and delivery reliability.

This location isn't great. They are frequently out of stock of items that I want, and nobody there looks like they want to be there. I get you work at Walmart but you're getting paid for customer service, so maybe offer some. If you ask where something is, rarely does anyone know because they have probably worked there for 2 days.nnMy biggest beef with this location is their abysmal plus size clothing section. It's literally a half dozen racks, and everything is ugly old lady stuff with ditsy florals and polka dots. Not every fat woman is 65. There are locations in Edmonton that have a great plus size selection. What happened here?

I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart during self-checkout. An employee named Balraj Kaur spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner, telling us “stay here, don’t come forward” in front of many other customers. The way she spoke was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.nI understand employees have to manage lines, but there is a respectful way to talk to customers. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that it made me not want to return to Walmart.nI hope management provides better customer service training so customers are treated with basic respect.

I'm not sure what you are doing when receiving dairy, but your milk is *consistently* expired long before it's Best Before date. It's extremely frustrating to get home and find that my $6 jug of milk has expired nearly 20 days early. This has been a repeated issue.
