Walmart Medicine Hat Supercentre

Extremely disappointed with this Walmart location. I purchased a juicer today, and when I opened the sealed box at home, I found a crack in the product. It was clearly damaged even though it was brand new and still packed. This is unacceptable. Unless my juicer is replaced promptly, I’ll consider posting daily reviews to highlight this poor experience. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I was shopping at this location the other day and I saw an item on shelf for a lot cheaper price than it’s actual price so I took a picture of it on the shelf with the price tag underneath it and grabbed one other item and when I went to checkout, I wanted to price match an item with another retailer which the cashier said they don’t do it and informed if there is any item you find with a wrong price tag in store then we can match that price so I asked her to check the price for the item that I saw on shelf at the cheaper price and actual price turns out to be more and so I asked them to price match to the one on the shelf since she mentioned that they do that but now there was quite a difference in the actual amount and the wrong price tag amount so she called her manager named ’Marc’ and I even showed him that picture of the item with wrong price tag and still he denied to price match it. Disappointing because the cashier herself mentioned they do price match to wrong price tags without me even asking and now the Manager is denying that. Also attaching the picture with this post just so you guys know I am not lying.

I needed to get a Western Union transfer; this store has an agent. I went one day and they said the service wasn't working. The next day, it wasn't working either. I called Western Union customer service, and they told me to go to Walmart and give the phone to their agent there. The Walmart support representative took my phone and started talking to Western Union customer service, but at that moment, the senior Walmart support manager came over and forbade her representative from talking to Western Union customer service. She told me the service wasn't working and that I should leave and not interfere with their work. I was their only customer at the time. And the worst part is, I don't understand English very well because I just recently arrived from Ukraine, and they laughed at me, which was really offensive.

The walmart is a set of stores all over the country and have a wide range of products from clothes, toys, home decoration , kitchen items electronics, groceries, the aisles Re marked so shopping is easy.a really wide range of products.nWhile checking out there was a till which said cash , the staff told me to do a self chkout bill nearby, so I started mada a few mistakes and these have to be cancelled only by a staff , so was surprised that they were so patient.nGood job

In recent experiences, Walmart seems to prioritize efficiency over customer satisfaction. Issues like long wait times, indifferent staff, and inconsistent product availability highlight a shift away from customer-centric values. It's disappointing to see the focus stray from the individual shopper's needs.
