Nothing but hassles with management to have our condo irrigation system fixed. Promise to fix but still leaking in multiple areas after multiple site visits with their technicians. We will be using another company this year to fix these issues.
Great response time and quality of work. Work orders are followed-up timely with feedback if there are any actionable items. Recommend this company.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and explained thoroughly so that I understood. Have been a Raintech customer for over 10 years and have never had any issues with my system until the recent hail storms this year 2020.
