I am so thrilled with the service that Beth and Irene provided me! They are exclusive retailers for a brand of ring that I wanted to purchase and after seeing the rings with them and helping me through the selection process, I did not need to visit another jeweller. I was sold!! They really helped me narrow down my ring selection and then understood my situation and were very accommodating to my needs throughout the purchasing process. I could not recommend this jeweller more!!! Please visit them, you won’t be disappointed!
I just recently got my diamond earrings at artic fame diamonds. The staff are so nice and very helpful in choosing the right earrings for me. I would strongly recommend this place for any jewelries that you want/need. Please look for Jane she's really nice person and willing to give time and effort to help you. I would give 10 stars if needed for this place

My fiancée and I came to Artic Fame to design an engagement ring together. We worked with Irene, who provided us help at each step of the process. Not only did she thoroughly educate us on all of the different options, she also gave us realistic suggestions and alternatives so all our wants were met. Nancy worked with us in the design portion where she listened to our ideas and provided her professional opinion and judgment to ensure the ring was structurally sound and secure but still within our style. Throughout the process, the team was extremely friendly, accommodating and not pushy at all. They respected our budget and presented all options objectively.
Beth! What can I say?!?!? I made an online order for an inexpensive piece and received service as though I spent thousands. Not only did I cancel and re-order a few times but I also asked that my piece be shipped to another store for pickup. Beth not only kept in constant communication with me from start to finish BY PHONE but also email and made the initial cancellation super easy. She then took pity on a panicked husband and hooked me up in time for Christmas. Here's the kicker: Beth emailed me AFTER Christmas to make sure I received the piece and that everything went well. I have not had a jeweller do that ever before. I will be having wife's engagement ring and original band redone for our anniversary and Beth and Amber in Langley have made a loyal customer of me. I will definitely be back. Thanks to the team at Arctic Fame!!!!
I found a watch I wanted and decided to contact Arctic Fame, not expecting much. Was I ever wrong. Super fast service, very courteous and wonderful to deal with. Simply unmatchable. Ten stars out of five.
We bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands 6 years ago, and the staff here are just fantastic. We've always dealt with Irene from day 1, she provides the best customer service! We have really enjoyed building a relationship with her over the years whenever we go to get our rings checked. We always make sure she's there when we go and she's seen us through engagement, wedding, and our 2 kids being born. We just started the process for a custom ring for our anniversary and, again, Irene was there and helped us, giving us such kind service. We always enjoy our visits with her! - Chris and Cheryl

I went to a few other jewelry stores looking at engagement rings and not only did Arctic fame have the best choices and price, but Shirin provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful when it came to selection, options and even to negotiate a deal. The other staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
