Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Stopped at this Arby's while traveling through Evanston and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, the dining area was well kept, and the staff greeted customers with a friendly attitude that felt genuine rather than scripted. There was the familiar smell of freshly prepared roast beef when I walked in, and my order came out quickly and exactly as requested.nWhat I enjoy about places like this is when the basics are done well, and this location delivered. The food was hot, the fries were fresh and crisp, and the vegetables on the sandwich looked fresh instead of looking like they had been sitting around for hours. It was also a comfortable place to sit for a few minutes and relax before getting back on the road.nTravel days can be unpredictable, so finding a restaurant that serves good food, keeps things clean, and treats customers well is always appreciated. This was a solid stop that made the drive a little more enjoyable.
The girl at the register didnt lah attention to what I was saying. I asked for 2 medium combos and 2 large combos.nShe gave me 4 medium.nMy wife and I ordered the new BBQ brisket sandwich. They asked if we wanted sweet or spicy BBQ. We told them sweet for both. Didn't get any sauce on either sandwich. The sandwichs were pretty much dry meat, bun and a pickle or 2.nMy mozzarella sticks didnt meat expectations either. They were warm but the cheese was not even close to gooey.nAll in all not worth the $80 I spent.
This is a horrible restaurant and probably should be closed!nnThe staff point blank lied to me. Then tried to overcharge me...nnThe McDonald's across the way or the fresh Mexican grill are much better options. Even the subway looked more suitable than that hole.
The food was all delicious and given to us fresh and warm. The employee taking orders was polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean inside.
The food here is okay during the day, but night shift is terrible, especially through door dash. 5+ orders accepted 1-2 hours before close that were never made and was never notified so I could place an order through a store that honors their food service delivery contracts. The orders I have received were terrible quality, with roughly 50% of hot items being inedible. During the day the food is decent, just extremely long wait-times and high rate of mix-ups compared to other places in town, and if not for the regularly occurring and EXTREMELY frustrating lack of reliability, quality, and professionalism I've encountered using Diordash/Uber Eats or going in the evening I'd likely rate this location as a 3½/5. Still have almost $100 im trying to get refunded, and I'm just glad that I'm lucky enough to be in a place where that doesn't cause extreme financial duress.
