It’s alright. They make a decent sandwich. We actually bought a 30 pack which is 10 subs cut in thirds for a group of about 10 of us. Decent value

I came in with my girlfriend and my daughter, my girlfriend asked a simple question and was given a rude answer. These guys are rude. They have no understanding as to what decent customer service is.nThe sandwiches were good. The people suck

The bread was as hard as a concrete rock and there weren't any condiments to go with it. There were hardly any toppings. We had to throw 3 of the subs because you would need a chainsaw to get thru the bread. This was for company and was supposed to be special. We won't be back.

I kid you not, the bread on our sandwiches were basically croutons. It was so over baked all we tasted was burnt. It was so dry that the bread was cracked like the dessert.

Usually we love Jimmy John's and highly recommend it, but today's experience was way less than satisfying. The lobby, tables, bathroom, and kitchen area were filthy!!! There was garbage all over the floors and tables. Most of our sandwiches were made wrong and thrown together. It took 17 minutes for us to get three sandwiches. Very unhappy with the staff and experience overall.
