The food was prepared quickly and they answered all of our questions. Definitely will go back.

I've never been in a Subway that had this poor of customer service. These people were awful. They seemed irritated that they had to make a salad for me. Subway franchise needs to look into this place.

The sandwiches are pretty good but they always put way to much mayo on and some times when ask for less mayo they put way to much LITE mayo.

I've been going to this store for many years, stopping by when traveling through and normally the service and food has been good. That all changed today. I stopped by the drive thru to place my order. I had to repeat everything several times. I'd say Seafood Sensation and would be asked, "Chicken something?" I ordered only onions and then was asked, "You don't want any vegetables?" It just kept going. What I wanted was really pretty simple. A foot long, Seafood Sensation, only onions, with provolone cheese. It finally looked like I was going to get what I wanted, but I should have checked. I got home, 100 miles away, and I got a foot long, wheat, seafood, onions, provolone, and some kind of nasty spicy sweet sauce on it. Really nasty tasting. That's not all either. I usually order up a dozen of the cookies too and just tell them to make a mix of what they've got made. I ordered a dozen cookies, just make it a mix of whatever you have. The reply, "I only have 1 chocolate chip cookie." Okay, I'll take it. While sitting behind a car at the window I heard them mention cookies so when I got to the window I asked about that. Oh I only have 1 chocolate chip cookie that you wanted. I replied, "I ordered a dozen cookies and said to just make it a mix of what you have made." Do you have enough to give me a dozen? She went to look and then said, "We only have so many. I don't know if I can sell you a dozen." Huh? Why? Aren't you trying to sell your product? What if I wanted a dozen sandwiches? I ended up being able to get 6 cookies. I almost pulled around and went through the drive thru again to order 6 more. The only other "bad" time I've had there was several months back when I ordered a large, unsweetened iced tea and was told, " We don't sell that anymore." I'm not sure if I'll stop in again or not. I will miss the Raspberry Macadamia Nut cookies though, but then again if they can't sell them to me, I'll just end up missing them anyways.
