Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

The store had lots of art and nice details. The restaurant was clean and service was quick and friendly. The food was good. Oddly the receipt said the location was Plainville, Texas. There's lots of parking and it was easy to get to. It was wheelchair accessible. It wasn't too crowded when I went for lunch on a weekday.
Had to try their fish sandwiches,, better than most fast food. Come back for a repeat. I wish they'd give paper coupons again, you have to have an ap on your phone to get a deal anywhere.Service: 5/5
It was OKAY. It was clean inside. Seems to be hopping during lunch and the front counter lady was frazzled and didn’t follow my original orders. That’s why I left 4 stars. They messed up my order but the manager guy was really nice and accommodated me when I told them.
The food was great and that is what matters. It did take longer than expected but I think there were some new people in the back. All in all a good experience.
Food here is always fresh and delicious. Expensive but you already know that. This is the only fast food place that has not messed up my order in the drive thru yet.

Ordered the chicken tender meal pretty late in the evening and was told thered be a wait. It was a very minimal wait but worth it! Fresh fries and tenders so theres no complaint here. Great service with the evening crew, the guy at the window was humble and respectful. Definitely worth the visit!
Used the drive thru and the young lady was wonderful. Food was fresh and deliciousFood: 5/5
The Steakhouse Ribeye whatever is pretty nasty. The aioli isn't bad, but it overpowers everything and the beef is gristly, chewy, and bland. Stick to the regular beef sandwiches.
