Universal Coney Island

I come here alot. But this time my chicken was cook too hard and the fries were cold. Then I found hair in my food. So. I'm not coming back. When the owners are cooking the food is great. But when there are other people cooking, the food is just terrible. If I could it would be no stars

The food was good. I ordered and paid for a double burger. I got a single burger.

Love this place. Service is always great and food is delicious. We go out of our way to get here because my daughter loves the cheese sticks!

My food was good and hot. I was not happy with the Greek salad that I ordered for lunch for the next day, but it was 1:15 am when I made the purchase.

Stopped cause we needed some chili fries and a Coney. I'm so glad we did because it was delicious. I was a little sketched out by the bullet proof glass when you first walk in. But the service was good and it was on the cheaper side.

Good quick food, although my Coney was a little too much sauce.

They don't answer the phone. They take the phone off the hook. When they do answer the phone they ask you to take your Order then say they about to write it down and never come back to the phone. They just make you sit on the phone why they take other people Order. They just make me mad.

Sat and waited 20 minutes on the phone just to place an order. And they were all in the background just talking. She never came back to the phone. I will never spend money at this place.

Always a good late night stop takes a min to get the food but its always good
