The only people willing to apply at Burger King were people with severe mental deficiencies. I was left alone with a schizophrenic who would bleed all over the food. He was incapable of doing his job, and the last day I worked at Burger King, he managed to yet again bleed all over the food and roll around outside in the parking lot. He was terrifying customers and my workers. Despite all of this, my manager Evelyn, simply said she, "cut his hours". This man fell apart within 20 minutes of his shift, cutting his hours was not going to cut it. My manager willingly put people in danger. This is the Pontiac Illinois location. The broiler would occasionally catch on fire. She would give out bags of free food to her husband, but complain about my staff getting free meals. And instead of taking my concerns seriously, my manager would take things personally. She always looked like she was on the verge of either screaming or crying.
Very bad service. The HOT coffee they served was ice cold. There was hardly any customer in the shop and it took me 10 mins to place my order and another 15 to receive it.
Was not impressed with service food was cold and the fries were also cold not enough working to keep up with customers will not be eating there any time soon will stick with D.Q. if want a good burger and fries Would not recommend burger King to anyone elseFood: 3/5
The service was great, aside from not getting the large size fries and drink with the crispy chicken combo. Their broiler was down, but that didn't stop them from providing breakfast however they could.
Experience has always been good here, service and accuracy is a must for me. The person at the drive up window was wonderful. Had a problem with the lid on my cup, he quickly said please hand it to me, I'll fix it. I've had this problem at many places and they look at me like, it's my problem, just take it, and go. Even if no one's behind me! Wheelchair accessibility: Really good wheelchair access.
I go to the drive through. Fast, usually friendly service! Vegetarian options: They offer a vegan burger. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly Parking: Lots of parking spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access.
Very slow services here. I'm going there dine in. Not much bussy. But customer services no any body in order counter. Wating about order 30 mint. If you have much free time. Then go there. Very very slow services
I love my whoppers but, they never give me ketchup. And, I always forget to ask. The BK in Peoria was totally out!!Food: 4/5
The tables were filthy. . . ALL OF THEM! the person working the drive thru was sitting in the lobby. What may have been a supervisor was on her phone in the lobby. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since the Clinton Administration. The ONLY saving grace was the lady that took our order. She was pleasant and professional.
Very courtous employees, bringing food out to tables, helping elderly people carry food out to cars
