The employees are always so nice. Once they dropped my receipt out the window by accident and i told them not to worry about it just for my order to be wrong. Well I called and Richard manager had me come back and he fixed my order with no issue. Customer service on point.
Thank god for your walk up window and great service. My 26ft semi truck doesn't fit in drive thrus so it makes life easier to get lunch during the covid shutdown.
They were busy, the clerk seemed irritated. But the order was hot, fresh, correct and delicious. Worth the wait, sorry they couldn't wear their customer service faces.

Top-notch food, price, service we slow today....happens.... but it was well worth the wait and it was obvious by the long line
Waiting on door dash over 20 min. Noticed drive threw was going faster so I jumped back into drive threw for another 15 min wait. Waterford checkers will be my place to go to from now on
Slowest drive thru ever. There needs to be other ways for food delivery personal to pick up the food and not sit in drive thru. This needs to happen at all fast food restaurants who choose to remain closed.
Need better employees but great place to eat
Lines can be pretty long at times went back a couple days ago service was good, lines were shorter, but for some reason the lettuce, onion, and tomatoes are ALWAYS WIMPY AND WILTED. When I visited checkers in lake orion... everything was so fresh and crisp. This is my only complaint
