Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Worst service ever, employee at register barely spoke english couldn't take my order or take instructions properly, English isn't my 1st, or 2nd language but at the very least i can communicate properly. Working in the customer service industry, being able to speak language of majority that you'll be serving comes in handy. Waited 10 minutes for my order because the the lady who took my order spoke almost no english, she was asked 4 times by whomever was in the back if my order had gone out and she said yes over and over again, while i was STANDING RIGHT THERE WAITING FOR IT. Fast food is about quick, and efficient service. How is this efficient if i have to repeat my order 3 times, and it still gets messed up? How is this quick if i am still waiting 10 minutes for my order?

Best arbys!! The manager of this place is great. Always very friendly. I always come here when I go to the mall.

Rotten food, bread thay looks toasted not just regular bread. Turkey and swiss sandwhich. I showed cashier and he said thats what you get for not reading the menu...im like ... what does that have to do with anything. My husband enjoyed his food and the blueberry turnover was good
