The entire environment is pleasant, the staff is always kind and service is top notch. I've been to this location many times and one thing I must say is that it always smells nice and clean from the moment you walk in, and the restaurant is spotless! And I can't forget the delicious Arby's Classic Beef n Cheddar!! I don't have time to write how good the food is, just take my word and enjoy some damn good Arby's!
Sometimes I feel it’s like playing Russian roulette every time I visit in Arby’s. Yet this experience was second to none one of the best I’ve had. Staff was surprisingly joyful and happy to facilitate dietary needs. Was a very good experience and would recommend On this particular day and time.
B4 tonight this would have been a 5 star rating- its our favorite place to go when eating out & worth driving 30+ minutes from Napanee to pick it up! If i ever decide to do it again I'll be sure to double & triple check my order b4 leaving. So disappointed to get home to find an extra order of Loaded curly fries & NO double beef & cheddar sandwich that i ordered & paid for. By the time i go back they will be closed & may or not believe me anyway- Unfortunately, dinner was ruined for 1 member of our family which made me enjoy my meal much less as he wouldn't let me share mine.
Visited this place on our way back to Toronto from Montreal. Definitely recommend to try their meat burgers! Owner himself makes sure to serve you the best!Food: 4/5

I really enjoy how they've expanded their menu! I wouldn't eat there daily but I look forward to trying out all their new options. I'm partial to the beef n Swiss French onion dip. If you order that, you get to dip all other sandwiches, large or small. And god love the horse radish.
The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly. Their roast beef and the white sauce were way too salty. The nuggets were a bit too dry. Not sure if that's just a franchise thingy, perhaps Arby could improve their food a little.
As a ritual, me and my brother come there ever few months on our way to Toronto. This place is simply the best comfort food. I always grab a few sliders with their MUST HAVE CURLY FRIES. The service is always great and the food is always fresh. MAKE SURE TO RING THE BELL IF YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH YOUR MEAL AND SERVICE!
The food is great, good quality and flavorful. Love the deluxe potato skins and curly fries. Staff are pleasant. A bit pricey I guess, but nothing major. Good place, like the food.
Staff is friendly and very good service only thing I didn't like was none of them were wearing hair nets at all
