So good so excited it’s finally here and it lives to the hype as good as the USA version. Staff super friendly and helpful service quick, good quality food done well. Extremely efficient ordering system spot. Great range of tasty items from salads, chicken to burgers and fries. My only wish would be for a side salad option like in the USA for those who are not looking for potato’s. Otherwise fantastic glad they are here!
Amazing to have Wendy's back in Greater London, last time I ate in one was year 2000's before branch closed in Piccadilly Circus. Great burger and nice fries topped with bacon and cheese. You are able to place order with request of removing items such as onions or tomatoes and you can add other items like avocado or bacon.Food: 5/5
Definitely 1st and last time going there. Had big expectations about Wendy's one of the biggest American fast food chains. The disappointment was huge, 1st impression was terrible. Never went to a restaurant so dirty like Wendy's.. floor,tables all disgusting. Also drinks machine was very poor quality,already without normal coke and not working properly. You have only 3 machines to make an order and no one over the counter to take your order. Place is totally run down. You can't pay with American express, this is ridiculous in a America chain with this size.
I had high expectations. All stars go for staff! Really kind and polite staff. But the food could’ve been better. Same price range as 5 guys but 5guys wins in terms of taste.
So where do I start? 4 people eating Ordered at the desk and not the kiosk, told the member of staff what we wanted, got it wrong. So had to repeat the order to her. Waited about 20mins for our order, while waiting I was watching the staff making the orders. Some staff had hair nets on some didn’t while preparing food. When the food was ready and I took it back to the table it was already cold, how can you wait 20mins for the and it comes out cold. The cheeseburger had 1 bit of onion in and way to much tomato sauce, all you could taste was tomato sauce. The fries were over salted & you can see by the picture that the jacket potato was so small, but she did say it was tasty, but warm. One drinks machines had run out of all flavours and the other one was working but you couldn’t taste any flavours. My son got me to try a spicy chicken nugget, which I have to say was bloody lovely. My whole experience was a disappointment, would I go back? Yes but only for the spicy nuggets, other then that I wouldn’t go back there in a hurry. Should of gone across the road to McD’s at least you can actually taste what your eating.
What a disappointment as you walk in. There was rubbish everywhere and the first impression you get is rubbish at the front door which was still there when I left 30 minutes later. Badly run and the staff did not know what they were doing and not a care for the customers waiting. I complained to a member of staff who sat next to me with a very bad body odor but all he cared about was having his dinner. Wendy, if you don't want to close down like you did in the 90s please get the right team and management.
Absolutely amazing customer service, whenever there was a problem which is a given when running any business the staff expertly handled it. The general manager, Vinny I believe, was so polite and kind and my family was very satisfied with his customer service. The restaurant overall has great decoration and lighting which creates a unique and positive atmosphere. The self help station has a perfect balance of abundance of utensils, condiments and drinks, and measures to reduce unnecessary waste, keeping customer satisfaction high and carbon footprint low. Absolutely perfect bravo to the staff and management. Highly recommended, I will go again. 10/10 Vegetarian options: There are good vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: Perfect for family and kids, kids meals on menu. I don't often eat fast food, but we were quite looking forward to visiting here after a good experience in Canada, as an alternative to McDonalds, the actual reality was somewhat different. Hygiene - Food preparation area, dirty floors - The manager handling food in the preparation area but not wearing gloves or a cap - An unidentified person walking through the food preparation area, not in uniform and again with no gloves or cap. - People wandered in from the outside to greet their friends preparing food - No table wipe down - Drinks area dirty - No serviettes The food - The "Double Dave" managed to achieve luke warm. - My buns were squashed read that any way you will - The Vegetable Pattie, tasteless and luke warm. First week open, and for me must try harder to make a good impression in a competitive market.
Having lived in the US I was excited for Wendy’s to open here and not the dark kitchen at Rosslyn park - on ordering there were only three touch screens which caused quite a long queue. The state of the place having just opened was absolutely dire, with food and old bags all over the floor. The burger was disappointing and not the same level as the US - and the dining experience was ‘interesting’ when a guy walked in and started fishing old meals out the bin next to me. Soft drinks machine seemed to have run out of carbonation and all the drinks were flat, as well as cold fries. Really poor experience and we won’t be back any time soon
I love everything about Wendy's. Chocolate frosty is the best drink in the world. Fries are properly made and burgers actually taste like real burgers. Staff are super friendly and kind. I will be visiting every day. Also couldn't believe how cheap everything is!
