It was just alright and could have been much better. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and rueban. The rueban was hot, but there was more sourkraut than meat and the bread wasn't toasted so it became soggy really fast. The roast beef sandwich tasted good, but it was only a little warm. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. I also felt the food came out quickly. The store was busy and I only saw one person preparing sandwiches, so that may have played into my experience.
Food was good, service was less than adequate. I sat in the drive thru waiting about 5 minutes before anyone responded to me on the speaker. Simply acknowledging that I was there would've been better than leaving me hanging.Food: 4/5

Service was friendly and efficient. They no longer have a shake machine Arby's had THE BEST shakes in fast food, and the braggers of "We have the meats" put VERY SKIMPY portions of meat on already pricey sandwiches. I ordered a Gyro with Gyro meat and there were 4 thinly sliced, see-through strips of meat half the diameter of the pita bread in length, and only 1" wide! There was no double meat option, either. If you want meat, you have to request it and pay a significant up-charge, which we did for a roast beef & cheddar for my son. We were also not offered any sauces.
Sandwiches were good but could have been hotter. Mozarella sticks are a nice change from french fries and were hot and gooey like they should be. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience and a step up from other fast food places. Not quite a four star meal but better than a three star.
All I can say is this visit was an absolute disappointment. Pretty sure I will not be returning soon.Food: 1/5
