One star only because of the food was good. However pathetic service here. Both the men were awfully rude and didnt serve us well. I understand if he’s having a bad day or work is stressful. There’s absolutely no need to treat your customers badly. Definitely wont recommend this outlet. Especially the afternoon shift. I ordered the chicken bowl. Tastes good.
Out of other barburrito this particular bar burrito in conestoga mall is just ridiculous and pathetic staff. The company has its own bowl size designed which is fair for the price we pay and these people have a problem to fill up the bowl atleast for the price we are paying. This punjabi lady who was at the counter was so rude and kept rolling her eyes when i asked the guy making my bowl to put some extra sauce. The guy was literally counting the jelepenos and onions while making my bowl. Every time i come to conestoga mall for shopping I buy the burrito bowl and every single time the staff make me feel like i am robbing them off their food. I love barburrito and their food but the company must train their employees and teach them to maintain the company standards.
I had a pleasant experience with my food at this location. The staff provided great service and were very friendly & courteous. The food was made exactly how I requested it and was prepared very well and very quickly. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and would highly recommend this place.
The beans were not up to par and were extremely dry and hard. Barely any sauces and staff act like the guacamole is coming out of their pay cheques. Very frugal with toppings & consistently needed to ask for extra. I highly suggest elsewhere.
The worst burrtio i have had in my life. I had ordered for burrito bowl near about 15 Bucks. They just given me half of the bowl with everything cold instead of hot… Senior lady who is working there her attitude is like bitch…Dont go there for burrito find some good place to hv it…
Great experience! I checked out BarBurrito at Conestoga mall after a long day of shopping. The staff were very pleasant and friendly - and helped me with ordering for my family and I. The burrito bowls and tacos were super tasty! I would 100% recommend the shrimp bowl and the jerk chicken tacos. This is definitely my new go to spot anytime I visit the mall!!
I cannot believe how small the portions of food they give you! My son ordered a crunchy chicken burrito. The amount of chicken he received was ridiculous. The chicken didn't even reach across the burrito. The skimp so much on the chicken it's unbelievable. Then we ordered churros. Wouldn't you know the order only comes with ONE churro. What happened to this place!!!! This is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!
Terrible service and abysmal portions. Charged $2.75 for guac and not even a teaspoon added! They Couldn’t even hand us the burrito bowls, just left them on trays inside. Such a greedy sellout place.
Bar Burrito is an excellent spot for delicious burritos at a reasonable price. Their fresh ingredients and variety of sauces make it a standout choice for any burrito lover.
Amazing food, Jaimin is the best he really takes care of you. All staff were amazing. This location really has the best food. Go for the food and you will have the best Experience.
