A+ service dog experience. As they should, staff completely ignored my service dog. Excellent customer service! I ordered a burrito without sour cream. When I ordered potatoes the cashier made sure to tell me that they came with sour cream in case I didn't want any on them too. I didn't.
I ORDER THE SAME TACO EVERTIME. AND EVERYTIME I ORDER THERE IS AN ISSUE. ALL I WANTED WAS A SUPRIME DORITOS LOCOS TACO. WITH NO SOUR CREAM. NOT HARD TO DO LITERALLY GAVE ME A TACO WITH LETTUCE BRO AND NOT EVEN THE RIGHT TACO. I ORDER THE FAMILY PACK. AND LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY. Just a waist. ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD BUT YOUR ORDER MESSED UP.

Customer service can't be replaced with a machine, after finally getting the attention of the manager, she took our order as we were ignored by the line in the kitchen. They saw us at the counter yet never let the manager know.Food: 3/5
I have been very disappointed with this location and very critical in the past. Ad of 10/21/22 I am happy to say, complete turn around here. Very clean, fast, friendly staff and orders are always accurate. Good job to all, and thank you! Missed my chalupas during my hiatus from this facility
My hard shell tacos were soggy. Tasted gross like they sat on a warmer for a couple hours
I just paid 28$ for a bag of grease because my tacos were soaked in grease just a 28$ bill for nothing such a waste of money the quality of food here has gone downhill fast
They only care about drive thru and not the guests or drivers in the lobby everyone should be a priority SOS times are important but hospitality is more important
They get my mobile order wrong EVERY. TIME. I add customizations which I know can be time consuming but I pay extra for these things and I never get them.
I was very happy with the experience at Taco Bell. We had not been there for a while and we were very happy with the courteous and helpful service.Food: 5/5
