Service is incredible. The people behind the counter I didn't cath their names, unfortunately were absolutely wonderful. They gave me fantastic suggestions on what to get after I told them it was my first time there. They also suggested I sign up for a loyalty card, which allowed me to claim free chips and pop, plus a free sub for my birthday. Great experience. Vegetarian options: They have veggie options
Wilma & Muskan are super Humble and have a smile on their faces while making the order. That adds an extra taste to the sub but jokes apart environment is friendly and sub is top notch. Customise it and enjoy the food. Much love team. :

Got a couple subs tonight, this is supposed to be a pizza sub. Barely any sauce, the lettuce is bad and got a few olives. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I've been eating here for a while now and I must say i've never had a bad experience, the food quality is excellent and the staff there are highly professional. We love this place! We come here all the time and it's just nice and everything is always good. The bread is fresh and the staff is so super friendly! They often do little extras for us since we are regulars
This is my favourite mr.sub location in the kw area. The owner is incredibly hard working and usually remembers my sub choice. They handle rushes quite well and parking is always available!

Today I went to try some things new rather than usual breakfast so I tried mr.sub in Waterloo and I amazed by the morning staff and their service moreover, the food quality and the taste was really good.
Such friendly and efficient staff. Gave us exactly what we asked for. Anticipated our needs. Food, um um soooo good. Highly recommend them.
