So my girlfriend and I deliver DoorDash from here daily. We hadn’t eaten here but tonight decided to because it was quick and we could keep working. It was a disaster. We’d seen the nonchalant attitude of a few of the staff. We’d waited for long periods as we watched staff members chat and gossip with the owner and other members but we didn’t realize that this was the only problem until yesterday evening. We ordered a salad and a wrap. Both items requests were all mixed up together as if a dyslexic person had not been able to read the order. Also my girlfriends salad had no lettuce and other random ingredients in it. I can only imagine how many door dash deliveries we’ve done that were incorrect or completely sloppily made. This is unacceptable and judging from the other reviews not a new problem. I do not recommend ordering from here. Nor would I work here or even be associated with this store in any way.
Worst Subway I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. Charged me $18 for an order that was complete garbage. The employees working at this store are extremely lazy and unprofessional. Whoever made my order tonight 12/16 7:30pm obviously can’t make a wrap or a simple salad. Lazy and unprofessional. Will not be returning again. The store and employees are complete garbage.
The food was just like all the other subways. The only problem is is the parking lot is way too small too small. If that makes this 4 star place I really apologize everything else was phenomenal.. Comparing it to other subways
lost my business and I was a regular. first they take away the old sweet onion teriyaki sauce now they are rejecting coupons. and now they barely cook there bread! went and got a sub and bread was doughy and gross! su way has gone wayyyyyyy down hill! I prefer the whole darn thing!!! they are good and keep things going way better than subway anymore!!!!!!
Food excellent. However, one of the person’s that made my sandwiches did NOT have a mask on. Really!!! Your in the food service business and you do not require masks for employees. Shame on you. I will not be back until pandemic is over. Which may be never!! Also, will make sure I pass this info onto friends.

Went there today and horrible staff. Also don't no how to make the sandwiches. Then there sauces they discontinue!! Will never go there again unless they bring back sweet onion. I'm a regular and they lost my business !
This Subway has done better in their customer service so I'm raising my rating. Food quality is so-so. While watching them make my subs on occasion I've had to ask them not to put white tomatoes on my sub. Nobody answers the phone apparently, and that would be okay if they didn’t put my moms steak melt in a brown paper bag like a walking toco and made it unrecognizable as a sandwich. The one time they did answer the phone, they promptly hung up, which leads me to believe that someone is in desperate need of a new job.
Would like to speak with someone at the store bway we ordered from today in Meadville but nobody will answer the phone. When I received my steakmelt sub it had been THROWN into a small paper bag and was just a pile of goowey bread. There was no wrapper or anything just a mess in a bag..subways version of the walking taco I guess. Very unsatisfied!!!
