Our dryer was banging and running rough so we called Appliance Force. Dennis arrived the next day and was polite, friendly, and professional. Dennis opened the dryer up and inspected everything and found random family junk (screw bit, earring, screw) that had wedged in between the drum and the felt liner. Dennis removed the items that were causing the issues and the dryer worked perfect. Dennis could have easily said we needed a new belt or new felt and we would have had no idea and would have paid for the repairs. It was nice to be able to trust Dennis and finish the interaction feeling that we werent paying for unneeded repairs like we have sometimes felt in the past with repair jobs. Great experience, great to feel you can trust in this day and age.
