Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Food was good but service was very poor. I don't know if this place has new or lazy employee's. I'm sure the staff wants to work here but they don't act like it.

We really like Applebes's. The wait staff is always really nice. The food is pretty good.

Quick service, really friendly waitress. Three food was awesome. I had grilled chicken with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes...real good. My daughter had a bacon chicken sandwich and said it was awesome.

Seriously there are 6 tables, and my family of 4 have waited an hour and a half for food, our waitress sucks! We've been told about 5 times a manager will be out to speak to us and guess what, no manager. Two tables came in after us, one if which ordered a steak and both tables ate and left before we even got to take a few bites off our plates. This place is a joke and so are the people working here. I'm not paying for any of our meals, this is ridiculous.

They actually ran out of chicken. We came here for the 2 for 20 but 90% of that menu is chicken. Our waitress Dahlia was great, she deserves 5 stars; the restaurant deserves 0 stars. She offered chips and salsa for their lack of chicken which was nice of her, we asked for fries instead. I ordered a steak medium and grilled veggies as a side which was an upcharge on the menu. I was later informed that they were also out of grilled veggies. When my steak came, it was beyond well done and dried out. The floors were very dirty with lots of crumbs, scraps of paper and other debris everywhere. The bathroom garbage was overflowing onto the floor the whole restaurant felt dirty. All of our silverware was covered with water spots and looked horrible. This Applebee's needs to get it's stuff together; the management should be embarrassed to run a restaurant that way. We will not be coming back here anytime soon. The only good part of our experience was out waitress Dahlia, She was really nice and tried to accommodate us.
