Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Ordered car side to go. The woman who took our order at this location was phenomenal. Very pleasant and attentive. Picked up the food, was very prompt, food is fresh, and I am satisfied. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Applebee’s!

Second time my boyfriend ordered a burger from this restaurant. $11. And it was given to him. Just meat and cheese. After he specifically asked for certain condiments. We called and asked for some sort of compensation and they offered a "partial refund" after speaking with 3 different people. They even had him rip open his burger with his fingers to see if anything was cooked inside. The bacon is cooked in the meat. Still none of his toppings were present. Not the best customer service And we feel ripped off once again. My boyfriend has refused to choose this restaurant as a dining option ever again. Which sucks because I enjoy the ribs. And Im very picky about my ribs. We had to call again because I was missing my green beans. Offered a $10 credit for next time. With tip we paid $50 for this meal.

We barely saw our server. Took about 45 minutes just to see our appetizers (on a Monday night), when the entrees came out she didn't take anything off the table so it was cluttered the whole time. Food came out cold. Never got refills. Mac and cheese was dry, like some of the noodles were actually just plain, not sure how they managed that. Ribs were okay, fries were good. But overall, I wouldn't come here again.

Very rude customer service. Manager is incredibly unprofessional. The food was "okay", until there were 2 long back curly hairs in it... Will Never go back.
