Friendly's

Waited for a solid five minutes for a seat not because they were busy but because nobody was paying attention. Ordered ice cream. Food I got was incorrect. server was totally willing to take it back and make a new one. However, Second one was also not what I originally ordered. And I was charged for what I was brought, not what I actually ordered. Little kiosk at the table wasn't working with the bill pay and then we waited for at least 15 minutes after calling our server for help.

Started using the app to order. Very easy. Found one minor glitch.. When we choose No Cherry, it shows the restaurant Cherry ice cream. Other than that, great. Always ready and on time.

I would also say less than one star. They do not have it together there, they need help on running. Restaurant, no one knows what they are doing. If you come here you better have at least two hours to get your food and dessert. No management skills st all.

A one star rating is being generous. The hostess seated us with menus and several wait staff passed right by us. They served/took orders from the tables around us, including people who came in after us. We sat there without being waited on for 10 minutes before getting up and walking out. You shouldn't have to flag down a waitress to take your order. More than enough staff for the amount of people who were seated. They closed the wrong Friendly's- should have closed this one instead of Fayetteville- always had good service there.

Beautiful place,a tablet for children to play on while waiting for food,delicious food,and Tremendous ice cream. My children love friendly's
