Came here on a Sunday and it was an excellent experience. I ordered the new whiskey bacon burger and it was absolutely fantastic. Cooked the way I wanted, it was juicy and the bacon was crispy and fresh. The fries were great too, only needed a little more seasoning. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Great job Applebee's. I will be back.

This place is terrible! Myself and 8 of our friends went to have a great brunch together as we haven't seen each other in a very long time. 4 of us ordered the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese and Chicken Tenders, with the same result in each...the chicken 'tenders' were the size of gizzards at best. In fact, it seemed they were more breading then meat. The parsley was dumped in one pile on our plates. When we complained to the manager about our meal, he had no care or concern in our complaint. He simply told us that it was proportioned and looked like it was supposed to. So we opened the menu to the section in which he agreed the meal looked the same as the image, but it was far from. He dismissed us and said deal with it, without even an apology. In a customer service job, if nothing else, some sort of solution should have been offered. Either to refund the meal, add more chicken, or validate the inappropriate standard of the meal would've been respectable. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant in my entire life and definitely will never return to an Applebee's establishment if this is how they are training there managers to respond to their customers. It ruined our entire night and mood...

It's about what you'd expect.  It's not spectacular but it's not bad.  It's mid range American food at an average price.  The service is adequate and the ambience is...about on par with what you probably want from a mid range neighborhood chain.

Keith was our waiter and he was awesome! Great customer service super friendly, pointed out favorites on menu and let know about specials. Very impressed.

Applebee's had long ago become in my mind that better-than-Culver's-and-McDonalds restaurant, as far as dining experience, but just short of the other casual evening restaurants like Chili's, Outback, etc.  But this particular Applebee's has completely reversed my opinion, as it might even now be best in class, certainly if this location is representative.  My friend and I were even accidentally being huge pains-in-the-ass when we sat at the bar, but Lacie made me believe that she was entirely unbothered and legitimately cared that we had our best possible experience.  I would even go as far as saying, that though food was to-die-for (I recommend the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp), Lacie was well over 80% of our total positive experience.  So Applebee's, look for more Lacie's, and thank you for an unexpectedly, superior dining experience.
