Ramada Rapid City

I've traveled from Pennsylvania to here, on my way to Washington State. We've stopped at many motels and this is by far the best one. The prices are more than fair for everything you get, including breakfast made to order in the morning. $55/night for our king room. Love this place!!

Great staff! They actually came to the room to let us know we left the car doors open. Great breakfast! All you can eat. Need I say more. Room was clean. The beds we're comfortable. Plus a Trading/Sports Card Shop in the parking lot!

Very fair. Newly remodeled. Our room was quite nice. The glass front windows were unique. Laundry onsite. Need a change machine perhaps and soap dispenser. Could not find the ice machine. Friendly front desk ladies, even though the couple in front of us were quite rude and overly demanding during check in, my wife and i were treated well. No pool but we didn't need one since Rapid City and the Black hills offers so many places to swim if you want. Especially the local lakes. But the best part of our stay here was the restaurant and lounge. Our last day there, breakfast was on point. Visited the lounge later that night. Our meal was very, very good. Cocktails were beyond exceptional. Superior service, comfortable, very neat atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great area surrounding by some things you would need for a weekend stay or something Perkins is just across the street and they have their own restaurant inside of the hotel that was very nice. Very nice and clean.

Guest service was not prompt to retrieve a remote for my room which didn't have one when I got there. They were slow to bring extra pillows. The room was hot even though the AC was on full blast. The AC made a really weird water dripping noise the last two nights I was there. There was no mini fridge. No pool or hot tub because they took them out to make the conference room bigger. Staff was kind but not attentive to their guests. Overall experience was not what I expected from a Ramada in such a tourist town.
