Apple Self Storage

Got a storage unit for a month, they're great people to work with, showed me how everything worked and it was as painless as possible! They also bumped my move-out day by one extra day as my friend's uncle with a pick-up was not free until later in the night at no additional charge! Highly recommend, would pick this place again if I ever needed a storage unit!

This place is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was selling my house and needed to store some things while the house was being staged. Apple Storage has a truck that you can book for free to have their super awesome driver come to your home or office and pick up your items to be stored and drive them to the facility. You need to do the loading and unloading but you get plenty of time to get it done. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

I was put in a tough situation between housing options, and Apple Storage came to the rescue! Great rates, great service, clean facility. I wish the rate was monthly instead of every 4-weeks because it essentially makes a 13-month year, but hey they worked in a pinch :)

From the outside the place looks fantastic but when it comes to the management it is absolutely horrendous customer service. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the horrible experience I had at this storage facility. In the first week my contract was closed prematurely because they thought I moved out, when I hadn't even moved in yet. Then I realized the unit was to small and moved into a larger unit and then over charged then the and access code wouldnt work for 3 days (right in the middle of a move). Then after upsizing my unit I was informed that the posted incentives are only for new customers - even though I was. Its been one screw over after the other but the straw that broke the camels back was when the janitor actually told a friend and I to get the "F" out one morning early while getting some clothes out of my locker for work. Don t fall for the 3 month incentives - they promise it but not if you switch units they no longer extend that offer. What a disgusting experience, one I will never forget!

Best storage units in town! This facility has friendly and knowledgeable staff who make the sign-up process easy. The building design protects clients from bad weather and is well lit and easy to get around in. There are many people downsizing these days that can use this facility to make things easier. Apple Storage is also small business friendly. AAAA++++++
