CrossFit 819

CrossFit 819 is absolutely amazing!!! The coaches are so good at what they do and really make you feel comfortable and accepted at any level. The atmosphere is the best I have ever seen. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Its a very comfortable place to go and it wont take long for it to feel like home as you are always greeted by first name when you walk in. l Love it!

This is a great place to get fit with great trainers and a positive environment for experienced atheletes and beginners alike. Put your game face on and try the fundementals program and I bet your hooked. Thanks Shane, Mylene and Simon (cant remember the other trainers name) for the great work!

Can't say enough great things about this place. Been a member almost 6 years! Excellent trainers, top-notch equipment, friendly members. Great place to get fit and stay active. Trained here through 2 pregnancies and returned soon after my babies were born. Coaches helped adapt the workouts to my needs. An awesome atmosphere makes fitness fun--I love it here!

I simply love this place. Of you want a high energy result with result oriented team, this is the place to go. Lots of fun for all ages and fitness levels
