This system is mismanaged,  after a couple of years of work in the park, there are still no permanent lavatory facilities.  Satellite toilets are on a weekly schedule and are absolutely awful. You would think that a metro area park would open the permanent facilities that are currently in place on the eastern commons area!  Absolutely Horrible Sanitation!
