Mediocre grassland area for walking. The driveways have had potholes deeper than a foot at times. Men sit in the parking lot checking each other out for who knows what reason (Ahem). Garbage flying around everywhere. I used to like it more before they mowed patches for what I assume is frisbee golf. But a good place to see owls, eagles and ground squirrels.

We held our wedding here and it was perfect. The venue was so beautiful and the staff was very accommodating.  We love it and our guests loved it.  Initially we were going to have the wedding in our back yard but we found this location and it was actually cheaper than the backyard wedding after you consider tents, tables, chairs, etc.

The dinner guests were a bit scattered around as there wasn't a large place to put everyone together but no one seemed to mind as no matter where we put people it was a great place to be.  We had dancing in the gazebo after dinner.  

I would highly recommend this venue if you are planning a wedding for 100 or less guests.

This park has a lot of places where you could get a group together for an outdoor event. Too bad the road is in pretty bad shape. So many potholes!!
