Animalerie Twit Palace

Upon my first visit, I was impressed. Not like your typical chain store for animals Not saying they are a chain store. The animals looked very well kept and clean. They understand that pets don't just consist of cats and dogs. They have a varying supply for reptiles, floofs, and regular pets. We may even be able to get food for our Red Tail Boa - hard to find in Montreal. They had for sale; Reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, some birds and lots of fish. Prices are typical. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back for supplies for our beardie, snake and cats.

The most horrible service ever. First i had to go search for someone to help me. They had 2 huge silver dollar fish that obviously someone gave them. They were asking 14.99 each. All i did was offered them $20 for both! The owner comes and says no sorry. As he is walking away, my boyfriend heard hi. Say “ ca ce peut tu? Caliss. Wow that is horrible! I mention this to his wife and all she does is stare at me! I am never going back there again!!!! Never!!!!!

We bought a piece of wood for our snake, was a young lady in the store After couple days the wood was full of fungus. We went back to the store and the same lady recognized us and told us without the ticket she will do nothing. The worst is they dont return money just buy another produc in the store. We never find the ticket so we lost 60 dollars.

Lots of dog accessories, but no actual dog food? Wasted trip. They seem much better equipped for fish and more exotic pets, but dog owners should look elsewhere.

Bought an aquarium from Pierre the owner really friendly and nice aslo 2 weeks later bought fish they are all still alive I don't know why people are bad talking both husband and wife treated me really nice will surly go back

Not as good for bird accessories as they used to be. They are more of a fish and reptile place now but all pet accessories are available. I personally find them expensive.

Always buy fish for my aqarium here good selection and friendly staff

This is ridiculous I understand more why they bankrupt this place is a joke I i aw something it was a plastic dinosaur 4000$ some of the item were so expensive ...... Do not waste your time there

I find it expensive but they do have choices, will wait till they have another 70% sale

Very good place to shop for fish and or aquarium supplies!!!
