This is the place I go for goldfish; they have good selection on fancy varieties + food. I'm docking a point for that time they told me ceramic filter media "gets used up and need replacing often" not true but overall the employees really know their stuff. I like that I can go in and talk about Buffalo ranchu and they don't look at me like I have two heads. Pictured are my two fish from this store, love them. Nice quality for pet store fish!
Awesome customer service, the staff is so friendly and helpful, very good and fare prices too. And they have everything you need and big collection of all kind of cute animals
Staff is nice but honest. So if you act like a dummy they'll treat you like it. They give a great costumer services and help you being bags in your car if needed. Love the owner he is funny.
I Bought 4 Mollies here and they all died one by one in my community tank. I'm an advanced aquarist so I know that all my parameters were perfect, the temperature, I did the acclimation for more than 4 hours to be certain... But all of them died anyways, without showing any physical symptoms white dots, slime coat, etc. they just became weak and died. my other fish in that tank are perfectly healthy and haven't died, so it's definitely an issue with the fish that I bought here. I am very disappointed.
Rude staff at the front desk, they also put animals in the same cage that shouldn't be together causing a risk for the animals. Reported them to the SPCA.
Love this place we buy our fish the staff are always helpful and seem to take pride in their work. Everything is spotlessly clean no tanks or cages are over full. All animals from the smallest to the biggest look happy and health The lady that grooms the dogs did a wonderful job of our two spaniels. There is another young lady who cut the nails of our tiny little stray dog she was amazing with him.
Very friendly staff, they seem to know what they are talking about. They got me all set up for my first reptile, great service!
I just got an aquarium for the first time and couldn’t understand why my fish keep dying I was doing everything I was told by safari where I had original started with my fish and aquarium etc.. then I fois d this place and have to say wow so helpful and really knowledgeable and friendly they actually tell you what you need to do types of fish that don’t mix where safari will just sell you anything and then later you find out that your fish keep getting attacked or not supposed to be mixed but not by them but this place! so if you are a new to fish and aquariums and need real knowledgeable people to help you this is the place you definitely should go !!! Safari I examine would by 15 fish next day I was lucky to still have 6-7 left . I know know what to do and to keep my fish inside of them dying yes safari says they give you a 24-48hr garantie on the fish or you can bring them back the dead ones for new ones but who wants to deal with that and it’s sad I lost a lot of fish when I was a client of safari now this is my new place for sure! They have a great selection of fish available maybe not as much but you know what you are buying is going to be healthy and not die and what types of fish really do mixes and that don’t the staff are friendly and knowledgeable very helpful and really take the time to explain things to you and what you should do safari they just want to sell you wtv and you will leave with fish that will die or not supposed to be mixed and it’s not fun and huge mess to clean this place you’ll have the fish you want healthy and for a long time and not have to go every 1-2 days to get new fish so highly recommended this place for sure and they do deserve a real 5 start rating
Great petshop, the best around! Staff really know animals, can give you good advice. Great selection of products, live feeders.
Definitely the most helpful sales people I have seen in a long time. Great products at competitive prices. Note: bring your own bags.
