I had to take an emergency appointment late after midnight. The clinic conformed my appointment very quick which was such a relief. Both the assistant unfortunately I don’t remember her name and the doctor Dr. Vivien Kim who took care of me were amazing I am not a very easy patient as I am very scared of doctors, clinics and hospitals. They were both extremely understanding, kind and professional.

1 star is way too much for this unwelcoming and intimidating place with absolutely NADA of personality, are they even expecting suffering humans in there? To me it looks like clean and modern slaughterhouse with endless stairs and hallways that makes you feel like a cow going to be electrocuted!  Once I finally got to the room and was told that because I was late I will only get half of the time for the same amount of money I felt like small and insignificant p... of s... who is making those guys sitting in their entertainment room and laughing out loud richer by a minute!  Rude and sad receptionist, unprofessional and strange looking hygienist who is well trained by the owners to squeeze money out of your pocket, very young but already super pushy dentist who told me that I will loose all my teeth in 10 years if I don't agree on his expensive and absolutety useless treatment! What else do you need to never come back ???

I have rarely experienced such outstanding, just absolutely amazing service. Their professionalism, patience and kindness should be an inspiration to all businesses/ clinics out there.

It's like entering dental heaven. Absolutely amazing staff. The dentists are masters of their art. I had a crown 3D printed for me in less than half an hour.

Wow I would really not suggest for anyone they are trying to finish and get the next patient they don’t listen to patient’s concerns and worries I feel that all they want is to make more money that is it , I have a very bad experience with doctor Min Li Zhang  do NOT go there guys highly recommended NOT to go .

I come in for a consultation with my dentist about my cracked mouth guard that I wanted to fix. I end up getting a full scan of my teeth for no reason because that's not what I came in for and never got to actually see the dentist. Also, they took my chipped mouth guard and actually broke it! No way I can get it repaired now... The employees were extremely disorganized and you can tell they didnt communicate with each other. This visit was extremely overwhelming for me, I was extremely stressed during my visit and even still when I came back home.  The proof of the quality of service is in the owners comment.  EDIT: They cancelled my account and closed my file with them because of my google review instead of proposing adequate service for me.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years, amazing service, clean, friendly, great dentists. I have had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past that left me afraid of dentists. This is the first dentist who has been kind, bilingual, don't pressure me into unnecessary services, and he explains things before hand. I recommend this place to anyone. And about the reviews saying it's so expensive, this is no more expensive then most other dentists. My only complaint would be the parking situation in the winter which really isn't their issue. Best dentists I have been too.

I just had the nicest experience at a dental clinic. I got at the clinic really nervous and I left completely relieved.  The dental hygienist, Mylene, was super nice and gentle while she performed the dental cleaning. Dr. Vivian Kim was very accommodating while she answered all my questions and concerns.  I spoke with two people at the front desk, that were also very professional and kind.  The entire service from the beginning to the end was in English, which I really appreciate.

I needed emergency examination as i had so much pain. The doctor Min Li Zhang was super professional. Very quickly identified the problem and i was out in 30 min - pain released and was able to sleep finally. In 4 days i got my all 4 root canals done in 1,5hour with a filling done as well. Now I am super happy with no pain whatsoever! super professional team: administrators, dental assistants and doctors of course. Will definitely recommend them!

It was a great experience all around. A root canal done with great expertise!!
