Clean, a lot of variety of products for animals and even have some birds, cats, and my favourite… the puppies on their playpens!nnWe come here on the regular when we run out of food for our dog and recently brought home a new puppy from them.nnThey’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell that they love the animals that they take care of.nnHighly recommend visiting. We are starting our search to have a puppy and the employee was so generous, she gave us all the details about the care, feeding and the best tips for taking care of a pet.nThe animals are very well cared for, in optimal conditions, and we have been able to get closer to them. Asked a question about buying gerbils on the website’s chat - no reply. Entered my email address I know it worked because I’m now being spammed with promo emails, still no answer. I called and asked my question and was told someone would call back. They also tried to convince me to buy hamster and questioned my decision to buy a gerbil. Not a great approach to a customer! It’s been a week and still no reply. Not a reliable company!
