Pathetic. Went in at 1115am. Sign says they are on lunch till 1245pm. Really?? Go anywhere else than here. They are only worried about their lunch....not your health. Should close this place down for being a waste of space.

Sent my almost 60yr old mother in to be thruoughly checked as she was ill and exposed to my kids over christmas, 1 who has pnumonia and other 2 have bad strep infection. When she told Dr this he basically refused to treat her because she was a smoker, told her if its not gone in 5 days get a chest xray from fanily dr. Then proceeded to add up the costs of her smoking habits and blame that for her illness. Sent her right back to a windsor clinic knowing the severity of what they could have and sure enough the swabbed and checked her and my brother, both strep and pnumonia. They were treated with kindness and respect and not even questioned about smoking, and given antibiotics. I will writing a formal complaint to physicians board for the descrimination they faced here. Never will we use this clinic again.

Good luck getting there and having them be open. Closed for holidays, Fridays before weekends before the holidays, some afternoons, randomly for other reasons. Just go to Malden Rd clinic.

Waited an hour and a half only to be ignored by the doctor when explaining my symptoms. Instead she prescribed me a treatment I had already used and had not worked. Talked down to me like a child. Not going back.
