Absolutely terrible service. The front staff is rude and they're impossible to get a hold of. Book an appointment and wait 3 months. RN Erin was the absolute best and her patients are patiently waiting for her return. Requested my file be sent to another office for the interim and they have not yet sent the paperwork over and it's been two months. The doctors are ridiculous. Dr. Chand should have lost her license years ago. Dr Mahzar has good intentions but is too busy to keep up with his own patients that he is seeing an a regular basis for specific things. Dr Callahan is supposed to be really good, however the front staff will not let you book with other doctors in the office. The counselling staff is good, however they are too busy to keep up with the current patients in need of their assistance.

Doctor's offices are very busy places. Yes, they could use more clerical/reception staff to handle the volume of work but everyone that is there is always very professional. I am very happy with moving here.

In the past I'd have a hard time getting in the same day. Today, Tracy was so helpful getting me in Within a few hours. I dreaded waiting for hours at a clinic in another town, or in a hospital ER packed waiting room. Much appreciated. Dr Chand is fanatastic at relieving my fears, and was very thorough

Staff is horrible. They NEVER answer their phones or emails. RUDE RECEPTIONIST! Dont go there. Doctors dont care about their patients!

I waited along time to finally get an appointment and took a day off work without pay, i get there on time and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed. No call to tell me they have to cancel the appointment , nothing. Wow they really don't care at all about their patients.
