I always have great experiences here. Staff is always super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, which was not necessary, but so appreciated!. I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.
I bought two items there that were expired in two weeks. These items included natural sunblock and protein powder that I wanted to use for months to come obviously. When I noticed and tried to return them and the woman working there said the only thing she could do was give me 60% off. Then she tried to accuse me of getting some 5% discount and wanting my money back which I didn't even know about. When I looked on the shelves again that day out of curiosity I found many more products that were exapiring very soon or already expired. Beware of this location.
Great experience every time I am in the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always find what I need and get all my questions answered with a smile. Shelves are nicely displayed to be able to browse and find what I needed.
Always have friendly staff. Let met try different sample sized of protein before buying a large amount of one I ended up wanting. Always immediately welcome you into the store and ask if you need any help looking for items. Love coming here
Great stuff! Big selection of clean products- health, beauty, oils, food, tea, pet care, etc. , and all very organized. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they ordered a shipment in for me within 2 days.
I have shopped this location 5 times since March and every experience has been exceptional.
