Very excellent doctor. Cares about his patients.
Dr. Coates takes a very personal interest in all his clients. I moved out of area and needed to see specialists, Dr. Coates arranged these connections for me even though I had moved out of area. He is patient and listens to your concerns. He goes the extra mile and will send you for additional testing to ensure all the bases are covered. I would highly recommend him. If you are in need a family Dr. you have found the best with Dr. Coates.
Currently not seeing patients in person. When my daughter turned 18 office insisted I had to fill in a new patient request form before he would see her after being my family doctor for 20 years. Asked for a referral and was pointed to an Essex county website. So very disappointed in this lack of support.
The best doctor I have ever been to, kind,compassionate fair. Dr.d.coates is the best in amhurstburg maybe even the best in Ontario.
