Pavan Chand

Dr.Chand is not helpful at all, I’ve had knee pain and have had it since 2016 after a car accident. She just tells me to walk it off, what kind of professional does that with out sending me for test to make sure nothing is wrong. My knees are still in pain, and I haven’t had any tests done. She told my family she is done dealing with us which is funny because she is never at her clinic, or just ignores our problems when she is around. She told my family that she no longer wants to see us and that we should find a new family doctor, which is unacceptable behaviour for a doctor. You cannot refuse to see your patients because you no longer feel like dealing with their medical problems. Do not make Dr. Chand your family doctor or you’ll be pushed aside and your medical problems will be ignored.

Told my family to not come back. Her words, "I'm tired of dealing with your family." Which was an unprofessional way to behave and a confusing thing to hear from your family doctor that you never see; Not because we don't have medical needs, but because she's never in when we want to make an appointment. Truly a disrespect to the Canadian health care system.

We love Dr.Shen My girlfriend and I are both his patients. We recently had our baby boy in March Dr Shen was our first pick to be his doctor. Dr. Shen takes time to listen to every patient he sees because I feel he truly cares. Thank you Dr.Shen Kp

Dr. Chand is truly a wonderful physician. She is both knowledgeable, and compassionate. I feel fortunate to have her as our physician.

I can't thank Dr. Chan enough for her compassion, understanding, empathy, honesty, commitment and all her help in a proper diagnose for my health concerns & issues! Her staff are just as wonderful & caring!
