The worst owners and staff work here! All they care about here is their money! My husband called and talked to someone at the desk to cancel our hotel because our wedding was moved to another location! When my husband called, the worker at the hotel said the room was already cancelled. On the night of our wedding we saw that we were charged for staying at the hotel. My husband called than, and the people said they would call us back and they never did. Instead they lost our number and we had to call back again a week later! Instead we were charged as a no call no show. The owners thought we were LYING about calling in to cancel our hotel. I have better things to do then lie about cancelling a hotel room. I will be bringing this to corporate.

The hotel is clean, new, and very nice. We had a room right above the breakfast area and it's so loud! So if you want to sleep in make sure you ask for a different room. The pool area was really nice! However the jets in the hot tub are so weird and very loud. Over all I'd come back.

The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bathroom was more than cramped. We didn't notice an elevator so be aware of that if you have any issues with stairs. The room included breakfast which was ok. Our room was close enough to hear the timer for everyone's waffle in the morning though, so that was pretty annoying. Hot tub and pool were a wonderful addition. Small, but it didn't get too crowded during our stay.

Only stayed one night. Room was very clean and updated. Great view of lake Pepin from the rooms!

Simple, no frills, but clean. Friendly staff that provide excellent service. The free breakfast is nice. Conveniently located next to a convenience store, gas station and a Burger King.
