I haven't stayed personally at the hotel but I have had family stay there who absolutely love it. I know that Bubbles to Butterflies swim classes take place at there pool. Also, (which I have done) you can get a pool membership to use the pool on a monthly basis or a day pass. Those with medical conditions can get a Drs note and get a membership at a discounted rates. The pool and hot tub are both handicap accessible and have steps and railings to get in and out of. There are also two unisex handicap accessible bathrooms, which can also be used for changing and showering. The pool, bathrooms, hot tub, and hotel lobby area are very clean and we'll kept. The front desk staff is friendly and always helpful. They also have shuttles service which can drive guests to either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun.

I bring my son to swim lessons over there. The pool area is small but very clean and nice. Staff there are amazing as well.

Attended a swim class for my toddler. Facility was clean and in good working order. Did not interact with hotel staff, nor did I see any portion of the hotel other than the lobby and pool areas.

Stayed for a week while visiting relatives, clean, employees very pleasant; we were well taken care of and will be back.

I love that place I love the bamboo body lotion it smells really good we are on the 4th floor and room 104
