Nice, clean room. Comfy whirlpool tub in the room. Great breakfast! Waffles, biscuits and gravy, and some more. Very friendly staff. Only left out a star because there's no elevator. 2 stories.

I have stayed at this hotel many time. However my last stay in room 205 was not a pleasant one. Two queen beds. Both had such squeaky box springs you could hardly sleep. Every movement squeak, squeaks, squeak. I mentioned at check out. They didn't even apologize or seem concerned. Also the pool was closed, not posted on web site. Unfortunate, this has been our family go to spot for years. Time to look elsewhere.

Not sure how this hotel got such high ratings. We booked a room with 2 beds but arrived and they only had a king left so the kids slept on the floor. Maintenance was in our room twice to fix the shower that kept filling with sediment. Staff was rude. I thought I lost my drivers license and a hotel cleaner laughs at me. Another cleaner made a rude remark about "the child" (my daughter) in her way. We stayed because of the high rating. Hope you avoid this disaster. Stay in Austin instead.

Made the reservation from the road. Place lived up to what it is billed as. Clean....comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a little work but I was able to shower and get ready for appointment
