At check in, Brad was acting very unprofessional and rude. He even stated that all that he cared about was his food getting cold! Rooms were good, maintenance department was excellent! !!! Bar food good. Plain breakfast. The last two visits now have been extremely disappointing. Last visit they had no hot water and offered $5 off the room. Looked into it again a few months later and they had no TV or Wifi! Going to the Comfort Inn next door

Love this place, stay there every time in town. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are always clean and cozy. The bars a bonus. Would recommend staying here.

Pool and hot tub closed "for repairs", room greatly needs updating. Carpet stained, sink faucet siliconed in place, tub slowly drains. Bar seemed closed, but given token anyway. No coffee machine in room. Hope it improves or at least gets back to way I remember staying before

Friendly staff, I felt at home the minute I walked into the libby! The bar/restaurant was so convenient, I didn't have to leave for food or drinks! Enjoyed my stay and I will stay again the next time I'm in town! 😁

Unless you don't mind stained carpets & ceilings, musty smells & mold...DO NOT stay here. It's cheap, but there's a reason. No mini fridge in our room when we checked in even though there should have been. The front desk employee found one + a microwave so those were there when we returned from our evening out. I had a coughing fit that flared up my bronchitis because of the smell which lingered despite having the window wide open for an hour. Non-smoking room but didn't seem like it. Google information says they serve a free breakfast, but they do not; you get coupon for 25% off breakfast in the attached bar & grille. We left at 1am because it was so poor quality. We DID have positive interactions & assistance from front desk employees & when we called the morning after we left, we were given a full refund for our troubles.
