Was hell the minute we walked in! Was there for a birthday party! They denied my kind of card after they said they would take it over the phone... then finely got to the two rooms I booked and they where both still dirty!!!!!!! This was at 430 in the afternoon!!!!! They did nothing to make the stay any better... and also asked for pool towels and never got any.... will never stay there or tell anyone to go eather

My fiance stayed there and she gave it 5 Stars she thought it was a great place to be and it was a great place for her to visit her daughter's I recommend it to anyone.

My family stayed here this past weekend. Very clean room, lots of extra towels and the gal at the front desk was very friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel.

Even though its only rated at a two star hotel, this place is great, wonderful rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to. The practice was as expected for a hotel, not good not bad

Nice rooms. Easy check-in. Perfect location for our event in Hartford. Caribou Coffee across the Street! Comfortable beds with lots of great pillows. Great front desk service. Decent breakfast.
