We attended a charity event here. The place was well kept, clean, and was the perfect for the event. I didn't personally try the catered food but everyone I talked to enjoyed it a lot. All the staff was very friendly as well. The view from the top floor was pretty neat as you could see a lot of downtown as well. We look forward to hopefully having another event here next year as well.

Nice and clean. Beware, they say it's pet friendly via the internet. But for $25 per dog no matter the size. And what we got was a small space designated for a potty area, piled full of snow. Not to mention a lovely mud puddle my dog had to step through to get back to the sidewalk. For having to pay that much, I expect a decent snow free place for my animal to use the bathroom, not a space used to pile excess snow.

This property was for a overnight stay. The location is great. It's close to restaurants and close to a very nice trail along side the river. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Even though I live in Sioux Falls, I wanted to go swimming last month so I booked a room through Priceline's "Name Your Price" feature and it turned out to be the Holiday Inn downtown. The king size room was super nice, and it had a pillow-top bed like all hotels should have in 2018 because no one wants to sleep on a thin spring mattress in a hotel. The pool area is awesome! There was a sauna and gym that I didn't use, but both looked clean. The pool and hot tub were on the smaller side but the pool was 7' deep I believe so deep enough to play around in. There was no one else using the pool or hot tub the whole night I was here so it was really cool having it to ourselves. I didn't eat breakfast or get a drink at the bar so I can't speak on the bar or restaurant. You do have to pay for parking in their lot ($5 I think) but if you are really averse to this fee you could park in the street on the weekends because the meters aren't running.

We stayed here for a wedding. The service at the front desk was slow. It was hard to get someone's attention. At the restaurant, the food is overpriced. Being from Wisconsin, I asked if they could make a Brandy Old Fashioned. The bartender said yes. He could not. To top it all off I accidentally left a necklace in the hotel room. I called over and over and could not get them to even look at the room for days. Then they looked in the wrong room. Then they finally looked in the correct room over a week after we stayed there and couldn't find it. Rooms were clean.
