Ramada Sioux Falls Airport Hotel & Suites

This is one of my personal favorite places to perform. The atmosphere is excellent with the Tiki Lounge right outside the door and the waterfall... It gives you the feeling of being on vacation without having to leave town. Anita in sales has been great for 20 years when working with event bookings. The banquet room is a beautiful room that doesn't need a lot of extras if your booking it for a wedding.

Great place too stay! Food at Castaways is excellent and staff is very helpful and courteous. When I could not get my internet too work I asked several of the staff too help me on several occasions and they all knew how to fix me up and get me connected, thank you so much Staff!

This place is great for kids. Service is just ok. They have pool & arcade hours posted but usually don’t open them at the correct time unless you go to the front desk and ask them to. I didn’t eat at the restaurant here because of all the bad reviews. So if you are looking for a fun place for kids to swim this is the place( that’s all we went there for) I would of given them a 5 start but the service is just ok, not rude but not nice either.

Very rude staff. Forgot something in the room and they wouldn’t give it back. The rooms were nice but the rude staff made it not worth the expensive price.

in for a basketball tournament so spent little time in the room thank goodness. when we opened the door it smelled and we found the toilet had tp in it and there was some trash under a bed. i did not have time to complain since we had to get to the pentagon. that night was ok but the heater was either very hot or very cold and it made the room smell. the next day we left for more games and came back to the toilet overflowing and seeping into the carpets even in the hallway. i checked out and they did not even let us shower in another room. the bathroom was out of commission. it was a terrible experience.
