The hotel is in a great location, although just a little too far of a walk to the mall. Most will prefer to drive. The breakfast is excellent and the coffee is even better. Very nice hotel and rooms.

Stay frequently and attend meeting here too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Currently remodeling the lobby area so you gave to enter facility from rear entry. The remodel work us complete now. The lobby, business center and breakfast area look amazing.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel we were very disappointed in how the room was not clean and the sheets were not changed and they had a disgusting stain on them!!! Also I accidentally left my $45 down pillow behind in the hotel room. And the hotel claims they never found it. This was a special kind of pillow and it can't be replaced and they couldn't find it in our room. Really ??? I can't believe that they can even say that can't find it I know I left it there. I called there several times to try and talk to someone about it hours after I had left and the lady at the desk said she couldn't do anything about it and to leave a message on the house keeping machine and they would be back the following Monday. So I did I left the day I stayed there and the number of the room and the name the room was under. With a full description of the pillow which mind you was nothing like the hotel pillows and the color of the pillowcase was different so it should have stuck out like a sore thumb!! And they couldn't find it - come on!!! Not good hotel management!!!! I will never stay at this hotel again I do NOT recommend it because if they don't change a stained sheet what makes you think they change any of the sheets and lying to you and telling you they can't find the items you leave behind leaving in your room is just bad business!!!!!

We had a very pleasant stay. What do you REALLY want from a hotel room? Friendly, helpful staff...television with a channel guide....... comfortable bed........good water pressure.....and a delicious breakfast buffet. BIG "thumbs up" for all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was superb at this hotel. Nigel the night desk attendant was eager to meet our needs and let us know that he would be on all night for our assistance. Betty kept the breakfast area clean and stocked and she was a bright and sweet person to be greeted by in the morning. Thank you for offering chicken sausage alternative to pork! Thank you to the evening front desk attendant who was proactive and saw that we had three kids on our reservation and added the rollaway bed to our room before we even got in. I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again on our way back through.
