The owner is very rude! We mispronounce the name of a an appetizer and he corrected us in a very very rude way! The food is just okay, is definitely not worth the money because is very pricey! I enjoyed the appetizer more than the actual food, the wedding soup was bad didn't had any flavor. the waitress was very nice though!

Such a wonderful, intimate, authentic Italian restaurant. Very nice owners that take the time to tell you about the dishes they create and even if you mispronounce something they are not rude about it at all and will teach you how to correctly say the words. We enjoyed a nice evening out being taken care of and fed with delicious food. Highly recommend this wonderful gem located in downtown Sandusky.

Quaint little restaurant off the beaten path. Excellent authentic Italian dishes. Food was very delicious and made correctly. I had veal parm and it was one of the most tender veals I've ever had. The marina is delicious. Our server was very nice, helpful and patient. It was a nice place for date night. Wife was very pleased. We will definitely go back, and hope you give it a chance and check it out yourselves.

Hidden gem of downtown Sandusky. Food is top notch Italian. There is only 1 person cooking food, so groups of more than a couple of people should book a reservation. This isn’t a chain restaurant, it’s a family restaurant with 2 employees. I have a dairy allergy and I’ve always been accommodated and never gotten sick from consuming dairy. Vegetarian options: Spaghetti with regular sauce Homemade bread Olive oil & balsamic instead of butter Salad Vegetable options Parking: Lots of parking on the street and just south of the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to dairy and I’ve never had an issue with the food. I am clear when ordering regarding my restrictions and have always been accommodated, unlike many other restaurants in town. I ask for oil/balsamic to go with the fresh bread.

Wonderful experience!!!!! Most authentic Italian food we have had since going to Italy. 10/10 we will be back!

Honestly, this place is mediocre as best. I got the gnocchi and I had them add chicken. The sauce is too watery. The gnocchi wasn’t homemade - or if it was, it didn’t taste like it. It was also undercooked. The chicken was also basically tasteless. I wouldn’t come back. But then again, I’m not from the area, so I don’t know how this compares with other local places - if there are any.

It was a cute little restaurant with a great atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely kind and service was quick. The bread was fresh and fluffy and the ravioli I ordered was probably the best I’ve ever had. I could tell everything was fresh. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent food and wonderful service. The bruschetta was amazing, as were the gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, penne ala vodka, spaghetti monte mare, and lasagne. Terrific service also!
