Go to this salon if you have no other option. Worst customer service, rude staff and money grabbing owner-tats allure for you. Yestarday I went to get waxing, eyebrows threading and facial. I had to repeatedly explain what services I wanted but these illiterate staff could not understand. Moreover they spoke very poor English. Wonder how they are operating a business in this English speaking country. They just did my waxing and facial and ignored my threading request inspite of telling them so many times. I did not have patience to explain for the 100th time that I need threading to be done as well. After everything was done when I went to pay using debit and the owner directly asks for the tip. When I said 10 dollar she asked 10 dollars to whom. I think she expected me to pay 10 dollar tip for every service. I never experienced such kind of behaviour in trying to grab tip at any other salon. It should be up to the customer how much tip to pay. Worst salon ever. Beware

Hands down one of the best hair salons for dying hair. I went to R&K hair salon and asked for the same hair style, they asked for $340 because of their quality products which was from Goldwell. It was crazy, I came here and they asked for $100. The two used the same brand named dye Goldwell, yet was 1/3 the price or cheaper. The colour also came out so well without having to bleach my hair -causing my hair to be damaged. Instead, now, my hair is exactly the colour I wanted and still looks healthy. Definitely recommend!

Used to be a good place for haircuts. Now they have increased the prices and that too with less staff. Had to come back twice for a haircut and then was surprised to find out that the price has gone up by $4. Worst part is that this was communicated AFTER the haircut. Haircut was also mediocre. The lady did not really understand what I was asking for and instead rushed through my instructions to proceed with her own understanding of the haircut. Used to be a regular at this place but after today's experience, this will be my last time here.

Bad haircut for guys. Uneven cuts and no use to complain to the owner she does not care. Used to be cheaper but they raised their prices. Even if they lessen the price I will not come back. Don't waste your money here and get a haircut elsewhere.
