This place is a neighbourhood gem! I came here with three of my friends for facials and they were very accommodating. It's a little place and they can only treat two people at a time, however they went out of their way to make sure that the two ladies waiting had a cozy place to relax with some lovely tea and biscuits. The signature facials were very relaxing and customized when possible to the individual. We actually had to cancel our first appointment the day before due to some unforeseen health problems of one person in our group but the staff were extremely understanding and accommodating. We rescheduled as soon as possible and had a lovely morning at Redwood. Would recommend!

An amazing facial from Maggie that was their microdermabrasion facial. - It includes an amazing neck and shoulder massage and she gives you a 100% full attention including a wonderful mini massage during steam - Thoughtful and thorough microdermabrasion using different tips for different parts of your face - I love their Image skincare line which I think is very under-rated as it is a high quality line but very reasonably priced if you want to purchase them to take home Overall, one of the best microderm facials I've had!

Amazing! The Spa is not overwhelming but simple and comfortable. The treatments are wonderful, very relaxing and effective. The staff is exceptional, professional and very nice. We love this Spa so much we are going back.

Amazing place, amazing people! They know me as Sabrina. Been here for 5 microderm/deep clean treatments and heading to my 6th chemical peel. I already know it'll be great. My face has improved significantly in the last 6 months since my first treatment. I used to have serious hyperpigmentation and acne scarring, but you can barely see it now. It has boosted my confidence significantly and works way better and faster than any creams or serums I bought in the store. Best part, Ive never had any side effects. I'm of black decent, so there's always a fear getting treated, but they get to know your skin and only do what's safe, along with giving you the best advice. They recently got the consumer award, and trust me, they've earned it!
